Hey guess what day it is…..HUMP DAY! WHAT WHAT!!!
This morning I decided to switch up my workout and do what I have my gymnast do for their conditioning. I did three rounds of the ‘A’ section and then 3 sets of 6 chin-up pullovers.
It definitely set me back to when I was a gymnast and doing the conditioning, but I also feel that coaches should have first hand experience of what somethings their athletes are doing.
I know I have done this in my past (since I was a gymnast for 18 years and made it through college), but I decided to give it another go, since I am still in good physical shape and capable of doing such tasks.
It was a great way to start my Wednesday, and now can really use the statement, “If I can do it, then you can do it!”.
